This kit includes the required components to connect the steering arms of the tailwheel to the rudder horn.  The kit includes 2 feet of stainless link chain, AN42B lugs and hardware to insert in steering arm holes, S hooks for connecting chain to springs, and compression springs.  This kit makes installation quick and easy.
