This item is for use with TORX PLUS T27IP size screws. (USE on MSC.25-20X.62BHCS and MSC.25-20X.75BHCS with Torx Drive Head).  Insert has 1/4 inch drive for use with 1/4 inch hex socket when torquing with torque wrench.
